Homeless Ministry
Flexible timing — no formal stage program needed. Plan is: lead worship, care for those gathered, and pray with them. EMCI's center prepares the food (~80 servings) — our team helps distribute it rather than cooking it. Runs ~1 hour, or up to 1.5 hours if there's time to pray more. Expected ~80 (60 brothers, 20 sisters).

Living Hope Church
Coastal/lowland church, historically strong turnout. Congregation is all-ages families — many adults in their 30s–40s, some elderly, and lots of young children. 2-hour program (about 1.5 hrs of actual content is enough). With the mixed congregation, program can split into men's and women's ministry alongside worship and a kids program. EMCI's local workers prepare and serve the meal here (not DEC) — our team departs after the program. Expected ~75 (35 sisters, 30 children, 10 brothers).

A church newly added this year — neither DEC nor EMCI has visited before, so David will share photos and we can swap to another church if it's not a fit. About 15 min from the mission center. Sunday worship and program (same format as Living Hope). The cooking team cooks lunch for the team and the local community here. Expected ~62 (25 children, 22 sisters, 15 brothers).
